Small Order Surcharge
Whilst we take every effort to display our products accurately, there may be a slight variation of the image as these are used for illustrative purposes only.
We take every step possiible to ensure your goods are with you in time for your event. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control. We will try our best to minimise any disruption and if possible, will replace any items if time allows i.e. personalised items will take longer than stock items.
We can offer free engraving up to 30 letters on stock medals with the same text, with a 12p + VAT charge per change of engraving. Free engraving up to 30 letters also available on trophies with a flat plate. Please contact us with your requirements.
All engraving requirements to be confirmed in writing. We are able to accept engraving details via the telephone but this is at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
We require a good quality black image sent by email in pdf, jpg or preferrably a vectorised eps file. Quality can only be produced based on the artwork provided. There is an additional charge for this service and a quotation can be obtained before confirmation of order.
Where personalisation of goods is required, we can only supply artwork based on the quality of the artwork provided to us. For personalisation, an artwork proof will be sent to you for approval and once you have approved, we cannot be held responsible for any errors occurred prior to production. Please note that as personalisation of goods has a longer lead time, any delay in approving may impact on delivery.
We are able to provide artwork free of charge but should there be many subsequent changes, it is at our discretion that we apply a £15.00 + VAT on each updated version. You will be notified of this before any further changes are made.
Full payment will be required before dispatch of your order. The easiest and quickest method of payment is via bank transfer, but we can also accept a cheque. We don't take card payments over the phone but we can send you a secure payment link for you to enter your own details. Please note there may be a charge for this option.
If payment is not received when requested, we reserve the right to suspend the supply of any further goods to you.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you have the right to return them for a full refund excluding any set up charges and delivery charges. If an item has been engraved and cannot be re-sold, we are unable to accept returns as this is a personalised item. You will be resposnsible for any delivery charges incurred for returning goods where there is no fault or you have changed your mind.
In the instance of unique bespoke medals, if they are not as described or of proven unsatisfactory quality, you have an obligation to have the goods returned to us. Once goods are back and inspected and a fault is found, you will receive a full refund exclusing delivery and set up charges. If the goods are found to be satisfactory when received back, no refund will be given and the goods will be sent back to you at your cost. If goods are unsatisfactory but have been used by you and cannot be returned, this confirms your acceptance they are of suitable quality for the purpose and no refund will be given. This process may take up to 30 days.
